Safeguard On Demand provides security guard services in Jurupa Valley, California, supported by our Inland Empire office in Corona, a short drive south on the 15. We assign unarmed security officers, armed security guards and marked patrol units to warehouses, retail centers, residential communities and rural properties in a city that sits at the junction of Interstate 15 and State Route 60, two of the Inland Empire’s principal freight routes.
Jurupa Valley incorporated in 2011, uniting nine long-established communities, from Rubidoux and Pedley to Mira Loma and Glen Avon, under one city government. The result is an unusual landscape: modern distribution buildings a block from older homes, horse properties and large rural lots beside busy commercial corridors, and open land along the Santa Ana River. Law enforcement is provided under contract by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, whose Jurupa Valley Station also serves neighboring Eastvale and Norco. Private officers add value by staying with one property and learning it well, which is why we build each plan from the right mix of warehouse security, mobile patrol and remote video monitoring.
Full liability and workers' compensation coverage, with certificates of insurance provided before the first shift.
Background-checked, BSIS-certified officers trained for your property type.
Live dispatch and an on-call supervisor every hour of every day.

Jurupa Valley properties face a blend of industrial and rural risks. These are the six our Inland Empire team is asked to solve most often.
In Mira Loma and along Etiwanda Avenue, distribution buildings share fence lines with homes and open land. Officers protect docks and yards while documenting the truck and parking issues that strain neighbor relations.
Big rigs and trailers left on vacant lots and private parking fields near the 60 and the 15 invite theft and liability. Scheduled patrol checks and parking enforcement keep property clear.
Horse properties, farm parcels and contractor yards in Pedley, Glen Avon and Jurupa Hills often have long fence lines and little lighting. Solar camera towers and patrol checks extend coverage.
Open parcels and land near the Santa Ana River bottom attract dumping, encampments and off-road trespass. Documented patrols and photo reports support owners and code enforcement.
Shopping centers on Limonite Avenue, including Vernola Marketplace at the 15, and plazas along Galena Street and Mission Boulevard need visible, courteous loss-prevention officers.
New subdivisions and logistics buildings along the city’s growth corridors need overnight standing guards, fire watch and equipment protection from groundbreaking to occupancy.
Every property type carries different risks. We match officers, post orders and patrol schedules to how your Jurupa Valley property is used, whether it runs three shifts a day or sits empty for weeks at a time.
Dock supervision, gate control, trailer audits and overnight yard patrol for logistics buildings in Mira Loma and along the Route 60 corridor.
Perimeter checks, fence-line monitoring and access control for manufacturing plants, storage yards and facilities along the Union Pacific lines.
Loss-prevention officers and parking-lot patrol for Vernola Marketplace, Limonite Avenue centers and neighborhood plazas on Mission Boulevard.
Scheduled patrol checks, gate verification and solar-powered camera towers for horse properties, agricultural parcels and large rural lots.
Overnight standing guards, fire watch and trespass patrol for new subdivisions, logistics projects and parcels awaiting development.
Community patrol, gate enforcement, parking rules and vacation checks for planned neighborhoods, apartment communities and mobile home parks.

Jurupa Valley rarely fits a one-size security plan. A single owner might hold a logistics building in Mira Loma, a retail pad on Limonite Avenue and a parcel awaiting entitlement in Pedley, and each needs a different answer. Our Inland Empire team starts with a site assessment, then builds the right combination: standing guards where a visible post deters intrusion, marked vehicle patrols that check several properties on one GPS-verified route, and mobile surveillance units for land with no power or lighting. Because the plan is built around your exposure rather than a fixed package, you pay only for the coverage the property genuinely needs.
Safeguard On Demand has operated as a California-licensed private patrol operator for 11+ years, with 130+ officers statewide and leadership that brings 30+ years of combined law-enforcement and private-security experience. Every officer carries a BSIS Guard Card and completes our security officer training; armed officers also hold BSIS exposed-firearm permits. See how our management team supervises every account and why clients choose us.
Our Standards at a Glance
Jurupa Valley asks more of a security plan than most cities its size. On a single route our officers may check a loading dock, a horse property and an empty parcel by the river, and each stop needs its own set of eyes.

After scouring throughout the marketplace for a reputable private security company, I came across Safeguard On Demand. They provided me with the best price and service was rendered immediately upon the conclusion of our contract! Guards arrived within the time slot scheduled and appeared professionally groomed, in full uniform, and were flexible with the client requests. Surely this left an impression on me that we will definitely be conducting future business together and cannot commend Ahmad and the entire staff for their swift turnaround any more than I am doing so here. RECOMMENDED SAFEGUARD on DEMAND ALL THE WAY ! ! ! ! !

Jake from Safeguard on Demand Security is an outstanding example of what a great security guard should be. We’ve several several different guards and security companies over time, but Jake stands out by far. He is extremely attentive, professional, and actually takes his role seriously. Since he’s been part of our community, we’ve noticed a clear decrease in unusual or concerning activity, which speaks volumes about the job he does. It’s refreshing to have someone who is proactive, observant, and reliable. We truly appreciate Jake and highly recommend him and Safeguard on Demand Security.

The proprietors demonstrate compassion and contribute to the community by hiring individuals in need. They employed a local female breadwinner we referred, and I value the presence of this company in the area.

Safeguard On Demand, Inc
Jurupa Valley occupies roughly 43 square miles of northwestern Riverside County, north and west of the Santa Ana River, with Interstate 15 along its western edge and State Route 60 crossing its northern half. Its communities developed separately for generations before incorporation, and each keeps its own character. Mira Loma, known as Wineville until 1930, has become the city’s most concentrated warehouse district; the former Mira Loma Quartermaster Depot, a World War II Army supply installation near the 60, now hosts logistics buildings at Space Center Mira Loma. Rubidoux and Glen Avon grew up along Mission Boulevard, while Pedley, Sunnyslope and Jurupa Hills retain large lots, horse properties and hillside terrain. A credible security assessment has to account for all of it.
For logistics operators here, the challenge is less about sheer scale than proximity. Many Jurupa Valley warehouses border residential streets, schools and open land, so a security program must protect cargo and equipment without creating friction with neighbors. We combine logistics security at gates and docks with parking enforcement for unauthorized trucks and trailers, and industrial facility security for plants and storage yards near the rail lines. Every patrol is GPS-verified, and every shift produces a daily activity report with timestamped photos, so property managers can show tenants, insurers and city staff exactly what was checked.
Across the rest of the city, we protect agricultural and equestrian parcels with farm and ranch security, undeveloped land with vacant property security and new subdivisions with construction site security. Most posts are staffed within 24 to 48 hours on month-to-month terms. Clients with properties nearby work with the same supervisor in Riverside, Ontario, Fontana and Corona.

Unarmed officers typically run $28 to $42 an hour and armed officers $42 to $65, depending on hours and post requirements. For large rural parcels or several small properties, a shared patrol route or a solar camera tower is often the most economical option, at a fraction of the cost of a fixed post. We provide a free custom quote.
Jurupa Valley contracts with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, whose Jurupa Valley Station on Mission Boulevard also serves Eastvale and Norco. Our officers observe, deter, document and report. They call 911 in an emergency and provide incident reports and photos that support deputies’ follow-up.
Yes. Post orders for these sites cover gate and dock control, truck staging rules and courteous engagement with neighbors, and our reports give managers a clear record of activity. See our warehouse security program for details.
Yes. GPS-verified patrol checks, gate and fence inspections and solar-powered camera towers cover large parcels where running power or posting a full-time officer is impractical.
Unarmed officers suit most warehouse, retail and residential posts. Armed officers are appropriate for high-value inventory, cash handling or sites with a record of serious incidents. We will recommend the right level after a free assessment.
Most posts are staffed within 24 to 48 hours of a confirmed request. Urgent needs, such as fire watch after an alarm or sprinkler failure, can often be covered sooner.
