Safeguard On Demand provides professional security guard services in Fremont, the southern Alameda County city where the East Bay meets Silicon Valley. Fremont clients rely on our armed security guards and unarmed security officers to protect advanced manufacturing plants, life-science and technology campuses, hospitals, shopping centers and residential communities, from the Warm Springs innovation district and the Interstate 880 industrial corridor to Pacific Commons, the Fremont Hub and the historic districts of Niles and Mission San Jose.
Fremont has an estimated 226,442 residents, based on the U.S. Census Bureau’s July 1, 2025 estimate, and an employment base led by Tesla’s Fremont Factory, Lam Research, Washington Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. High-value equipment, parts and finished goods move through the city every day, and two BART stations and two interstates keep people and freight flowing at all hours. Our marked vehicle patrols and standing guards are built for that environment, with GPS-verified rounds and detailed reporting.
Every post is designed around the site. Manufacturers receive gate control, shipping-dock oversight and perimeter checks, retail centers receive visible officers and parking-lot rounds, and apartment and condominium communities receive nightly patrols and garage checks. Clients with properties in Milpitas, San Jose or Hayward work with the same supervisor, the same reporting format and the same 24/7 dispatch line, with no long-term contract required.
Full liability and workers' compensation coverage, with certificates of insurance provided before the first shift.
Background-checked, BSIS-certified officers trained for your property type.
Live dispatch and an on-call supervisor every hour of every day.

These are the risks our Fremont clients ask us to solve most often, and the service that answers each one.
Fremont police recorded 461 commercial burglaries in 2025, a five-year low but still a steady risk for businesses that close overnight.
Warehouses and suppliers supporting local manufacturing are targeted for parts, electronics and finished goods, especially during shift changes.
Pacific Commons, the Fremont Hub and BART parking areas see smash-and-grab break-ins that damage customer trust.
Regional retail and big-box stores along Auto Mall Parkway and Mowry Avenue face shoplifting and organized theft.
New housing and commercial projects in Warm Springs and near the city's transit hubs leave equipment and materials exposed overnight.
Hillside homes and gated neighborhoods need discreet patrols, vacation checks and consistent gate enforcement.
Every property type carries different risks. We match officers, post orders and patrol schedules to the way your Fremont property actually operates.
Gate control, credential checks and perimeter patrol for automotive, semiconductor-equipment and electronics manufacturers.
Controlled access, visitor escorts and after-hours checks for laboratories and production facilities that handle sensitive materials.
De-escalation-trained officers for emergency entrances and clinics, including Washington Hospital and Kaiser Permanente Fremont.
Yard audits, trailer checks and driver verification for carriers and distribution tenants along the Interstate 880 corridor.
Lobby coverage, after-hours patrol and alarm response for multi-tenant campuses in Warm Springs and west of Interstate 880.
Campus patrol, event staffing and facility checks for Ohlone College and schools across the Fremont Unified School District.
Fremont clients need officers who understand production schedules, controlled areas and the paperwork that comes with them. Our security consultants start with a site survey, then build post orders around your docks, gates and sensitive zones. We add remote video monitoring for yards and lots between patrols and equipment and materials protection for staging areas, so coverage does not end when an officer moves to the next building.

Our Standards at a Glance
Fremont builds things that are worth stealing, from vehicle components to semiconductor equipment, and the people who target them study shift changes and dock schedules. We make sure our officers know those schedules better.

Fremont’s numbers are improving. FBI Uniform Crime Reporting data show reported property crime fell from 6,316 offenses in 2023 to 5,233 in 2024, a decline of about 17 percent, and violent crime also fell. The Fremont Police Department’s 2025 Annual Report shows commercial burglaries dropped another 22 percent in 2025, from 591 to 461, while officers answered more than 102,000 calls for service. Consistent private patrol helps businesses hold on to those gains.
Warm Springs, anchored by the Warm Springs/South Fremont BART station and Tesla’s Fremont Factory, is the city’s fastest-changing district, with manufacturing, research and new housing side by side. Along Interstate 880, industrial and logistics sites need overnight coverage and fire watch when fire systems are impaired. In Niles, Centerville and Mission San Jose, street-front businesses and historic landmarks benefit from a friendly foot patrol presence.
Our Silicon Valley branch supervises Fremont together with the South Bay and the Tri-Valley, so clients can extend one program to Pleasanton, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale. Find your city on our service areas page.
Fremont accounts are run from our Silicon Valley office at 433 Sylvan Ave, Mountain View, about 20 minutes away across the Dumbarton Bridge. Rates depend on coverage hours, the number of officers and whether the post needs armed security or unarmed officers. A factory gate, a retail patrol and a lab lobby are priced differently, so we quote only after walking the site with you at no cost.
