Safeguard On Demand provides professional security guard services in Folsom, one of the fastest-growing cities in Sacramento County, which has added more than 11,000 residents since 2020 according to Census Bureau estimates. Our armed security guards and unarmed security officers protect technology campuses, medical facilities, shopping destinations, master-planned neighborhoods and active construction sites from Historic Folsom to Folsom Ranch. Clients with sites in Roseville and across the region work with one team.
Folsom is a low-crime city by almost any measure. FBI data for 2024 put its violent crime rate about 61 percent below the national average and its property crime rate about 37 percent below. What remains is overwhelmingly theft: 1,085 of the city’s 1,251 reported property crimes that year were larceny-thefts. That is why our Folsom programs focus on retail loss prevention, parking security and construction site protection.
Intel’s Folsom campus, PowerSchool’s headquarters, Mercy Hospital of Folsom and Folsom Lake College anchor the local economy, while Folsom Premium Outlets, the Palladio at Broadstone and Sutter Street draw shoppers and diners from across the region. We support those settings with technology facility security, healthcare security and reception and lobby officers, backed by 24/7 live dispatch. Each post runs on written orders tailored to the tenant, the building and its hours.
Full liability and workers' compensation coverage, with certificates of insurance provided before the first shift.
Background-checked, BSIS-certified officers trained for your property type.
Live dispatch and an on-call supervisor every hour of every day.

These are the risks our Folsom clients ask us to solve most often, and the service that answers each one.
Development south of Highway 50 keeps job sites, materials and heavy equipment exposed overnight.
Folsom Premium Outlets, the Palladio at Broadstone and the East Bidwell Street corridor attract shoppers, and shoplifters, from across the region.
Busy lots at shopping centers, trailheads and Folsom Lake access points are common targets for theft from vehicles.
Semiconductor and software employers require badge enforcement, visitor screening and after-hours perimeter patrol.
The Folsom Pro Rodeo, Sutter Street events and summer concerts bring crowds that need gate staff and parking control.
Master-planned communities such as Empire Ranch and Broadstone need amenity checks, rule enforcement and consistent patrol.
Every property type carries different risks. We match officers, post orders and patrol schedules to the way your Folsom property actually operates.
Badge control, lobby screening and perimeter patrol for technology and semiconductor facilities along the Highway 50 corridor.
Officers for hospital-area clinics, urgent care centers and medical office buildings serving Folsom and eastern Sacramento County.
Loss-prevention presence and parking-lot patrol for outlet, lifestyle and neighborhood shopping centers.
Overnight guards, fire watch and equipment checks for residential and commercial builds in Folsom Ranch.
Roving patrol and amenity-center coverage for homeowners associations from Empire Ranch to the American River Canyon.
Lobby coverage and night patrol for office parks along Iron Point Road and the Highway 50 corridor.
Folsom property managers expect polish as much as protection. Our officers are selected for professional appearance and customer-service skills, then assigned to posts where those qualities matter, from concierge security in office lobbies to foot patrol in shopping districts. For sites that need overnight coverage without a full-time post, GPS-tracked vehicle patrols and remote video monitoring fill the gap.

Our Standards at a Glance
Folsom’s challenge is growth. Every new neighborhood south of Highway 50 starts life as an open construction site, and every new shopping center brings new parking lots. We protect both stages.

FBI Uniform Crime Reporting data for 2024 show Folsom recorded 160 violent crimes and 1,251 property crimes, and its total crime rate fell about 9.7 percent from 2023. Larceny-theft accounted for 1,085 of those property crimes, far outpacing the city’s 101 burglaries and 65 vehicle thefts. In a city this safe, the goal of private security is prevention: keeping minor theft from becoming a pattern.
Historic Folsom and Sutter Street hold the city’s dining and nightlife, while Broadstone, East Bidwell Street and Folsom Premium Outlets carry its retail base. Intel’s campus and the office parks along Iron Point Road form the employment core, and Folsom Ranch south of Highway 50 is where most new homes and job sites are rising. We match standing guards, fire watch and patrol services to each district.
